Twenty-five years on, we remember.
Today, we remember those who lost their lives on 11 September 2001, and those who have since died as a result of 9/11-related illnesses.
We remember their families and loved ones, the survivors, first responders, and all those whose lives were forever changed by that day and its aftermath.
To mark the anniversary, our colleagues Kevin Riordan and Armen Sahagian, who were working at the UK Department for Transport and the US Federal Aviation Administration respectively at the time, came together for a personal conversation reflecting on that day and the period that followed.
Twenty-five years on, their reflections offer a moment to pause, listen and remember.
