ReachBackID* connects first responders with elite scientists to interpret chemical and hazardous material results discovered while using their FT-IR, and RAMAN equipment. *Only available in English and subject to contract terms & conditions.

Offered both online and in-person, Smiths Detection offers a diverse range of product training and certification programmes for our customers to include Operator, Supervisor, Train-the-trainer & Level 1 Technical across our product suite.

These programmes provide various levels of instruction to meet the needs of both your team and the industry. Customer training is typically offered on-site in Instructor Led Training (ILT) format, while re-certifications are provided digitally via e-learning and testing.
