Terms and Conditions of Purchase
By accepting orders for goods / services from us, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by our Standard Purchasing Terms & Conditions for Goods & Services
For all purchase orders placed by Smiths Detection from 1 November 2018 onwards, please refer to our Standard Purchasing Terms & Conditions for Goods & Services published here.

Standard cleanliness declaration
If you wish to return equipment for service or repair, please complete the Customer Declaration form (that provides a summary on the state of the equipment including hazard declarations) and send the completed Declaration Form to the Customer Services Group at Smiths Detection in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation Number. Equipment returned without a Return Material Authorisation number will not be accepted by Smiths Detection.
