Vehicle & platform systems We provide a range of solutions from deployable and dismountable equipment on robots and in vehicles, to manufacturing complete CBRNE mobile response and detection fleets. Collective protection systems Mobile collective protection (ColPro) and disaster response medical systems are essential to our home fronts as well as in theatre operations. Such systems, stand alone or networked, provide forces with capability for a mobile contamination free working environment for medical, combat services, and combat service support personnel.
Meteorological systems Smiths Detection’s meteorological (MET) measuring systems provide ground forces with timely and accurate environmental data occurring throughout the battle space. MET data also enables artillery accuracy and helps to minimise collateral damage by providing comprehensive situational awareness of atmospheric conditions that can impact weapons system selections, tactics, and targeting solutions.
