The HI-SCAN 180180-2is is an advancement of the HI‑SCAN 180180, especially designed to meet the needs and applications of airports, customs facilities, transportation operations, carriers, parcel services or wherever high security and total screening is required.
It is a compact medium energy (300 kV) X-ray cargo inspection system with tunnel dimensions of 1800 mm (71”) width and 1800 mm (71”) height. It permits the inspection of pallets and
LD-3 airfreight containers.
The HI-SCAN 180180-2is is equipped with two generators thus beaming in two directions (Dual View). This particular screening mode facilitates reliable inspections in one process while shortening inspection times and increasing the effectiveness of the procedure.
