Depot Repair
Cost-Effective Depot Repairs
Our service lab provides our customers with a cost-effective, depot repair since travel and related expenses are avoided to effect repairs. Our goal is to provide our customers with advanced support with a quick turn around time.
Complete Equipment Analysis and Feedback
Our service lab technicians perform a full diagnostic inspection when a unit is received at our Service Lab. All aspects of the repair process are documented and provided to the customer. Products are shipped back to the customer only when repairs and system functionality tests are complete to ensure customer satisfaction.
Updates and Refurbishment Services
As product upgrades are made available, our customers may wish to take advantage of these enhancements. Our in-house Service Lab is fully capable to perform these updates to ensure that you receive the most from your Smiths Detection products. Product refurbishment services are also available and can be quoted upon request.
