Chemical Detection & Identification: Gas / Vapor

Equip UAVs with miniaturised detectors, retaining the sensitivity and speed of response characteristics associated with larger IMS instruments. On the ground, install continuous detection systems around the perimeter of airfields to give warnings and hazard level indicators, in aircraft shelters and on collective protection facilities. In addition to giving local alarms, information from all the detection units can be coordinated at a central airfield NBC control centre.
